 FOUNDER || CONCHITA PLEASANT

Conchita Pleasant began her career in the beauty industry with Soft Sheen/Carson, Inc., currently owned by L’Oreal USA. She has successfully marketed a variety of hair care brands and is the owner of Pleasant Image Distributing, Inc. She expanded her influence by launching her own hair care product line Nefertiti’s Secrets.It was divine inspiration combined with her faith that motivated her to develop the brand. Conchita’s positive and optimistic outlook on life inspired her to persevere with her passion, even while undergoing chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer and now a four-year survivor. 
Conchita continues to be a driving force in the health & beauty industry by developing innovative and quality hair care products made with natural ingredients. Her products are currently sold in Salons, Beauty Supplies and currently transitioning into new markets. Conchita values entrepreneurship, female empowerment, and beauty & wellness.  In her spare time, she contributes to the next generation of women through mentoring programs for at risk youth and volunteers to empower underprivileged women dealing with abuse amongst many other challenges in life.
